Complaint Handling
Complaints by a consumer to the company should be sent by e-mail to info@scalx.com . The consumer must provide the reason for the complaint and his or her own contact details. The managing director Cosimo Helmboldt is responsible for complaints within the company. Complaints are usually processed by the company within one week. Alternatively, the consumer can use the European online dispute resolution platform. The European Commission has established a European online dispute resolution platform (OS platform) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can use the ODR platform for the out-of-court settlement of a dispute arising from online contracts for services with a company established in the EU.
